Arish is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture builder with over 18 years of experience founding, scaling, and advising businesses across Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, the UK, and the United States. He brings deep hands-on commercial and operational expertise across a diverse range of sectors, including E-commerce, FinTech, F&B, FMCG, Maritime, Real Estate, and Waste Management, where he is a technology patent holder. Arish works across the full business lifecycle – from concept development and capital formation to commercial execution and growth,
and is particularly skilled in navigating complex operating environments and crisis situations.

He has extensive experience on both sides of the fundraising table, having raised capital from friends and family investors, venture capital firms, corporate venture arms, and family offices, while also advising early-stage ventures on investor positioning, pitch strategy, and capital structuring. His corporate background includes roles at DP World, where he contributed to the early greenfield development of the $3 billion London Gateway port and logistics project in the United Kingdom. During this time, he also worked on projects spanning M&A, IPO preparation, port due diligence, port expansions, port concession tendering and regional business development across Europe, North and West Africa, and Russia.

Stephan Lickert

Stephan is a senior wealth management professional with over 30 years of international experience advising (Ultra) and high-net-worth families, family offices, some corporate/institutional – and private clients. He specializes in multi-generation wealth planning, discretionary investment advisory, and bespoke family office solutions, delivering strategies that combine strategic insight, precision, and long-term value creation. Always with passion – and with a ‘clients first’ mentality.

He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Limmig Partners AG among other mandates, and previously led the ASEAN Private Banking and Wealth Management team at Bank of Singapore, Asia’s Global Private Bank, overseeing a team of specialists and driving growth and market development across Southeast Asia. Stephan has also held international senior management roles at UBS, client advisory and market development roles at Jyske Bank (Schweiz), and as an independent consultant in Hong Kong and Zurich, building a deep cross-border perspective and a reputation for client-focused, bespoke wealth solutions.

Josef is part of the COO team at Avalor Investment AG, one of Switzerland’s leading independent wealth managers, and previously led business development at Altoo AG, driving growth and strategic partnerships in the digital wealth space. He has also held senior roles at Edmond de Rothschild, Deutsche Bank, and UBS AG, earning a reputation for discretion, global insight, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.

He combines traditional private banking expertise with an understanding of digital innovation in wealth management. He brings a strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and a deep international network to support clients in achieving their financial and legacy objectives, delivering solutions that are both tailored and forward-looking.

She has held senior roles at Maybank, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Credit Suisse, where she advised on structured finance, equity derivatives, and strategic equity solutions. Operating at the intersection of origination and execution, Natasha has consistently delivered bespoke capital structures aligned with growth objectives, balance sheet optimization, and risk management priorities.

In addition, she acts as an expert advisor on debt transactions for selected corporates, providing independent strategic counsel, institutional market access, and hands-on transaction leadership.
